Request for evidence 1 wk after N-400 delivered

This is the last update on my case. Any ideas? I am confused. I added the GC copies and photos to my application.

On December 30, 2009, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Your finger print letter is on it's way. Nothing to be confused about this.

YES, I did FP Walk-In today. They did not want to do it. But I have something to do out of state the day of the FP, and I took proofs but anyways they were not very happy to do it. :D

P.S. The office I went was Syracuse, NY. They never let people do the FP early. I know about 3 people that tried before. I do not understand why.

Today I got a text message at 5:31 a.m. and an email saying that my case has been transferred to a local office for interview. I hope to get the interview letter in 2-3 days.

Receipt Number:

Application Type: N400 , APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION

Current Status: This case has been sent for a standard interview.

Your case has been transferred to a local office and an interview will be scheduled. You will be sent a notice advising you of the date and time of your interview. If you move while this case is pending........

Ur interview date will be end of Feb or 1st part of March for sure.

I just got the Interview Letter(IL). Interview is on March 3rd. I did not get a yellow letter but on the interview letter and interview document Check list (included in the envelop) it says I have to bring to the interview with me:

- IL
- ID with photo
- GC
- Evidence of Selective Service Registration
- Passports
- Not required but recommended to take two additional photos

I will take additional documents anyway. Like: employment letter, tax transcripts, bank statements, etc.
 
I got the famous Yellow Letter today. Just ask to bring Driver's License.

I was not expecting a Yellow Letter since I already got the Interview Letter. I was surprised to see it today in my mail.
