Still stuck in RFE

My online status still shows Request For Evidence. I have called USCIS and they dont have any other information. When I check people in this forum with the same time frame, seems they already received the IL. Should I re-do my finger prints? How do you know if USCIS has lost my finger prints?

Hey, Did you go to Alexandria ASC on 10/22, there were some issues during that timeframe. I would just go for finger printing again and tell them that USCIS did not receive them.

Search "10/23" or "Alexandria finger printing"

Before that call FBI hotline in West Virginia to check if FP is done or not

Your status doesnt change until interview is scheduled. Did you contact the FBI to see if your FP were submitted back to the USCIS?

WantMyGCNow, you rock!

Actually the ASC did drop my finger prints. I called below number with FBI, they confirmed they didn't receive my finger prints, however when I spoke to USCIS they told me they will send a message to ASC to notify me whether they want me to come back for finger prints again or will just resend the existing one. How did you do yours, did you just walk in with the old notice?

Thanks a lot guys

Here is FBI phone number:304-625-5590

Dont wait for ASC because ASC wont do anything(generate a FP request) until it is sent by NBC. So take your old fingerprint notice and go back to the ASC on Monday and tell them that you spoke at Infopass and they want you to do the FP again.

You can wait but by the time you will get another FP request, it may be 2 weeks.

Just returned from ASC Alexandria, after second round of FP. The reason for first FP lost----UNKNOWN....any ways will check with FBI tomorrow.

Call USCIS and ask for your biometric fee money back - since they dropped your prints / did not provide a quality service.. just kidding =)

Lucky to have noticed the issue - otherwise you would have waited for months..

LOL...better sue USCIS for sending me email that I have missed my appointment :) Any ways I hope this thread will be usefull for people who dont get YL within 10-15 days of FP
