I was looking around to find answer for below question but I couldn't find any.

Do I need to Sign the Certificate of Naturalization ?
What I need to update after getting the certificate ?

Yes you would need to sign the certificate.

1) Update your SSN Records
2) Update DL to let them know your are a citizen now
3) Apply for a US Passport
4) Do what is appropriate with your previous Passport i.e. your old citizenship

Hope this helps!

Yes, you will need to sign your certificate. You will be given instructions on how to sign it at the oath ceremony.

Once you get your certificate, apply for a passport. For passport you will be required to hand in your original certificate which will be returned to you.

Later you should update Social security records to reflect your US citizenship.

There is no requirement to update DL. You can do it when your DL comes up for renewal.

Sign - Yes.

Actions (update plus others) not necessarily in order.
-- Make a copy (even if it says do not),
-- Update Social Security,
-- Cancel Previous Country Passport (unless dual citizen),
-- Get US passport,
-- Visa for previous citizenship country

Do we really have to do that? In Massachusetts they don't write in your DL that you are citizen or not.
There really isn't any point updating your driving licence until it expires or you move and need to change the address.

if employed, please inform your employer .... update I9.
There is no need to file an updated I-9 form. As soon as your employer verified that you had a green card you were permanently verified without any need for reverification. The information, including status, on the I-9 just reflects your situation at the time you signed the form so you don't need to update it just because your status changes.
