i want to ask something about my green card status. i got my green card threw my dad. But somehow i cant manage to leave in usa more than 2 or 3 month .so if i dont break my continues residensy and come in usa for 2 or 3 month and go back india leave there for 5 month an again come for 2 or 3 month here so will it ok with my green card...if i continue this in future than my green card could be deprived or seized ?

• Fail to file income tax returns while living outside of the United States for any period
• Declare yourself a “nonimmigrant” on your tax returns

You are expected to make the US your home. Working outside the US can be taken as abandoning your LPR. Why cannot you reside in the US as required?

You GC won't be deprived, it will be revoked if USCIS or CBP officers suspect you live in India and use the US for 2-3 month to ensure your extended absence from the US isn't noticed...
Do you have a apartment with utilities under your name in the US? If not, then you don't live in the US at all, just happen to be a 2-3 months visitor in violation of the intent behind the GC...
