Regarding G 325A

Hi all

I just wandering if it's a issue filling the G-325A on paragraph "Applicant's employment last five years." if I'm currently unemployed? Can my I-130 package be denied? I'm an engineer & I've already finish my studies....I have 2 mention that also my wife (how it's the USC) doesn't work too...

It's alright. As long you have a joint sponsor. You and the sponsor must submit I-864 with your petition I-130 and all supporting financial docs.

Thanks 4 the answer!.. I would also like to know which one of the forms does my mother-in-law has to submit (I-864 or I-864A) cuz she's the householder in the family.(co-sponsor) My wife used to live with her.
