Here is scenario, my uncle, a US citizen sponsored her daughter who is over 21 and living overseas. The problem is:

~ her date of birth on her immigration application is not the same as it is on her passport, her birth certificate, or on any of her degree/school paperwork.

What is the outcome of this? How does this affect her petition?

Please advise.

Your uncle should send a letter, along with a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the I-130 receipt, to explain the mistake and request a correction.

Otherwise, USCIS or the consulate may not notice the discrepancy until the last minute, then they'll send an RFE instead of approving the case, which could delay it for weeks or months.

I just talked to my uncle and he mentioned that 'the DOB on the birth certificate and the application are the same (JANUARY 10, 1986), however, everything else the passport/national id card/degree paperwork and all have a different date (MARCH 10, 1986).

The DOB on the BC can be changed, however, the rest cannot be changed at all.

What could happen if this is the case? Can he request a change on the application date?

Please advise..
