Hello,
I have questions about part4,8 and 9.
Please forgive me if some of the questions are silly (but I figured no question is dumb question)...
In part4 item B., my mailing address is same as the the home address in item A. So, based on the instructions, should I put "Same" for each of the columns of the mailing address? (columns are "Care of", "Mailing Address", "City", "State", "ZipCode","Country")
In part8 item G., the question says "How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?" Does this question include the current marriage? (I and my spouse have never been married before.). Should it be '0' or '1'?
Part9 items A & B., are asking about children information. My wife and I had to (unfortunately) go through 2 consequtive medically assisted
pregnancy terminations in 2006 & 2007. The first incidence was recorded in hospital records. The second one was not recorded. In either of the cases, we were told that we were not required to get a birth and a death certificate. Instructions for N-400 require filling out all the children's information whether alive or dead.
So, do I need to provide the information of the children lost in the above 2 incidences? If yes, what do I need to provide, since we did not name any of those children that we lost.
