hello all,

If someone is out of state for temporary job assignment(project) , is it possible to take fingerprint in that location stating the situation. Has anyone heard of such a possibility?

No. I know USCIS follows order and you won't be allowed to walk-in at another ASC in another state for USCIS. It might make USCIS wonder why you are doing your FP on North Carolina as opposed to South Carolina. So, just make a trip to your required ASC and do the prints there...:D
