Found a new employer...

Hi There! since we got our rfe last july 27,2009 and followed by the denial letter for my I485. now, i found an employer who can hire same position and same salary what i have in the previous employer. now, can somebody help me what are the CHECKLIST for applying for ac21? i was approved already I-140. so, right now what documents should i submit them. Thank you.

but, my lawyer said we are going to reopen my case atleast within 30 days because .The time that i replied to the RFE. ofcourse ,the filling fees for the fingerprinting i have to do it again.and that's what it said to the letter.
