I'm also waiting for mine just got approved yesterday (10yr GC). My IO told me it should arrive in 2 weeks

but I have stamp on my passport, which was told that it can serve as greencard.

Some people get it in less than 2 weeks. then you don't have a problem considering you have the stamp on ur passport patience my friend

You can travel with that stamp. Did they tell you that? So, is possible you might receive the US govt card within 30 days, and if you don't receive it, then make an infopass and inquire on what happened to eat. However, no need to move the bed by the mail box to wait for the card...
