University related Question for visa

My friend who is applying for F1 visa in UK is wondering what would be a good answer when the Visa Officer asks

Why did you select this university?

Folks - Do you have any good answers?

The simple is answer: he wants to get laid by the students of that university. He doesn't know why he/her selected a particular school? :confused: I went to Columbia Law School because it is a big name school, and I want to make a boat load of money from its prestige. It is clear now? If the college is in TX, he can tell them he wants to help G.W. Bush with his memoir on a part-time basis...:):)
