Interview questions multiple answers

For some questions there are more than one answer. Like the question 93

It says name one state that borders Mexico .. For this question , there are more than one answer. So, lets say if this question asked at the interview, if I answer one state , do you think it will be fine .. Or should I also memorize all answers even it says name one state or tell one something questions .?

Only one answer to questions with mutliple possible answers is needed.
