Application transffered to other office

Guys,
My 485 application's ( EB3 India , Feb 2003 PD) status changed as following ?
"This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

On July 22, 2009, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our WASHINGTON, DC location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our WASHINGTON, DC location. Follow the link below to check processing dates."

I am not sure what is happening. Any thoughts guys ?

what address you have on the file ? is it comes on under transferred office ??

I have NY address on fle. I don't know why they sent it to DC ?

maybe you can call National Benefits Center and ask them why? They can open a ticket for you.

I wouldn't be to worried if it has just been transfered.

I called USCIS and they did not give me additional information. They said that load is too much at Nebraska so they transffered some applications to other offices. There is no logic in selecting any office.
