I had FP done on 06/24/09. What is the timeline for FP processing. When I check my case status online. The following is the message.
"Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."
I called the above number: I got the message that the case number can not be found at this time.
