NABC for Father..Please help

Hi,

I have a question..

When we ask for NABC for parents,how should there first name last name be written.

In US, we normally have the last name first..and then first name..

So should we ask that they follow the same format when they issue NABC for our paretns..


And for mother , should the NABC show her maiden name or married name..
Or should it show both names..not sure..please help

First Name and then Last Name

Your mother's name need to be whatever is shown in her passport!
