Can I walk in for my fingerprint taken?

Depends on you ASC. give it a try and see if they would let you do it. In my case I had tried but was told by the supervisor they that couldn't accomodate me (later found out I went on the wrong day as they do FP only on set days)

ASC is located at EL MONTE in CA
date of appointment 6/30 8am
I wll go to China on 6/24,so I want to walk in or reschedule my appointment
I have my fingerprint taked today (6/16)
walk in is ok

Does anyone have any idea whether doing FP earlier than appointment date will help in getting an earler interview date?
I seriously doubt it. Just read a few timelines and you'll see for yourself...
