I - 693 Medical test

I will be filing for GC for my parents within the US. Hence I will be filing 130 and 485 at the same time once they arrive in the US on b1/b2 status.

My qtn is -
1 . Should I ask them to get the medical exam (form I-693) in India and carry the result in a sealed envelope to the US or this has to be done compulsorily in the US since in this case I will file for 130 and 485 at the same time.

No, they should do their medical exams here in the States with an accredited physician by the USCIS but before that they need to have some shots first (depends on age) and their blood works done then they can proceed with the med exam. Find an accredited physician in your place (USA) and ask for requirements for the med exam.
