hi every one i was arrested when i was 14 and i am now 26 .my question is after the inter view the io asked for the court dispositions which i did not have because i thought that if i was under age i didn't have say anything.
i was in jail for three day's until court day case dismissed and no charges filled no probation. the judge just told me to go home and choose better friend's because i didn't do anything just wrong day, wrong time. will this affect my approval, please any response will be help full thanxs.

note: i did already send the court disposition i need to know if i will affect me getting my green card.

It's easy to get a disposition. Just go to that court's clerk and they will help you out. I don't think this arrest will make any difference on your immigration. Good luck!

What is there to say? Your signature says you already sent the information on 4/28.

Are you just asking about whether it will affect your green card? If that's your question, it won't. The officer just needs to see the court disposition to verify that the charges actually were dropped.

thank you for the response ,that's exactly what i wanted to ask.

how long do you think i would get a response i have not received anything yet
the io told me it would be 3 week's from the day he receives the information.

Whatever they tell you, double it and add 50%. They are usually very slow to respond.

Have you checked the status of your I-485 online? By now it should say they received the RFE information.

i received in the mail a card for proof of receipt from postal office stamped by uscis received 4/29.as far as the online it doesn't even say i got my ead yet.
no update since december when i mailed my application

Heard anything yet on your case? My lady friend is going through the exact same situation. Interview went great but she received a DUI a few months after filing for AOS and her court date is in June. At the interview she responded yes to being arrested and IO asked that she submit certified copies of arrest record and disposition. She did so for the arrest record but her court date was still pending so she has asked for an extension to enable her to get the disposition and mail it in. Please keep us updated as to how your case goes thanks,
