I guess no DV-2010 winning from anyone in France this year? People plz confirm if someone won from France. Thanks !!!

I do not know of anyone. Is that information authentic? Is it available somewhere? No body has posted anything yet on this forum from France.
 
It is becoming clear no one has won from France yet or maybe France is not an eligible country this year. So sad.
