Lottery

It is based on number of immigrants coming to the U.S from a particular country. Countries like India and Pakistan already have too many immigrants in the U.S.

The idea of the DV program is to diverse the culture population of the U.S

No body knows what happen for the DV next year. You just have to wait and see.

Because there are already loads of Pakis and indians in the country and US government wants people from those countries that have low immigrant rate.
