Do I have a chance for citizenship?

I am a child of a deceased Naturalized US citizen. My father went to USA on year 1990 and granted citizenship on March 2000. He was not able to file any application for me and my sister that time. He passed away October 2000. Before he died, me, my sister and grandmother applied for a compassionate visa since doctors told him he only got few months left to live, but all efforts failed, we were denied twice. Is there any way I can acquire his citizenship? My great grandparents too are naturalized US Citizen? What are my options? I know little about US citizenship.

1. How old are you now and how old were you when your dad was naturalized in 2000
2. Is it correct to assume you are still outside the country
3. Are your grandparents or any other relatives here in the USA.

1. I am 24 years old now. I was born 1984, so I was 16 when my dad was naturalized in year 2000.

2.Yes, I live in Philippines all my life. Never been to USA.

3. Yes, most of my relatives from father side is all residing in USA.
