I m a US citizen now. I want to file I-130 485, EAD and travel document for my spouse. I read through different resources and got inconsistent information. Some says I need 7 photos for spouse, some says I need only 3 for spouse ( 1 for 130 and 2 for 485, EAD and travel document and these threes should be packed together). I wonder
1. how many exactly are required for my spouse.
2. shall I just put 485, EAD and travel document into one package and 130 into another, instead of create four packges. Of course, they will be sent out in an envelop as concurrent filing. Thanks for your advice.

I counted a total of 7 for spouse and 5 for children (no EAD). I put each set (5 or 7) into a small plastic bag and all plastic bags into a single envelop clearly marked passport pictures.
As I only file 5 days ago don't really know for sure this is accepted or appreciated, but I fugured: how would I like to receive the pictures if I was doing this job.
B.t.w.: I also bundled all checks into a single envelop, marked as such.

Thanks for your response. since you just file, do you remember when you fill in I-130 and 4 copy of biographic information form, there is places to fill in the alien number. I wonder what you put, N/A or your previous Green card number? Also, in I-130, It is required to put the certificate number of the citizenship certificate. I look at my certiicate, there are two numbers - one is the CTS registration No, the same as my old green card number, the other is a number not starting with 'A'. I guess probably that is the one I need to put in I-130 as certifcate number. can you reply with answers to my questions. thanks.

Just 2 bio forms: 1 for me, 1 for my spouse. The children are under 14, so no form needed. They don't have an A number (yet), so N/A. The nat. cert. number is the number that doesn't start with A.
