From F1 to family-based GC

This has probably been asked before, but I couldn't easily find it.
Just want to make sure we don't make any glaring mistakes.

Situation:
I'm USC. Married in Nov 08 to F1 student. Her study ended 12/14/08.
We filed I-130/131/485/864/765 on 12/15/08.
Is she OK staying here while GC forms are in process and F1 status is running out (?? days after final study date)?
Or should she start a new study in next semester just to be on the safe side?
Or are we OK from the moment we receive NOAs?

She is ok and no studies are needed when she gets her EAD she can start working.
