I have 2 H1 B. Both are cap subject. I am working with employer A full time. I wish to cut down and work for employer A for 2 days a week and work full time (4 days a week) for employer B.
What are the procedures I have to follow to be legally employed in this manner?
Is this even possible to do.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

None.

Sure but not legally. One may only be employed with only one employer and that too full time at any given time on an H-1B.

You can do it if you have concurrent H1Bs.
You can use a lawyer to amend your H1B petition to state this. Its part of the I-129 form if I'm not mistaken.

I know because I hold multiple full-time H1Bs.
