Bad Biometrics experience, worring...

Very bad experience today on biometrics collect! I went to the service center today to do the biometrics, only a couple of people there.

One nice asian officer called me and another person to his area and started to do the biometrics. A lady next to him just let me go to her working area and made the biometrics for me. she is rude. Every finger score is just 50 or 51, some are with red warning, but she refused to do again.

When my signature didn't sign well, i wanted to redo it, she was so impatient and said " i have to go", but in the whole center, only two more people are there.

She took a photo, but she didn't let me see at all and let me go.

Such a bad lady! Hope no problem with my biometrics and i don't have to go there again!

sorry about your experience...but maybe you can post which center you were at so other people will know the staff behaviour before they get to their appointment(s).

my biometrics experience was awesome, she used to word "sorry" and "please" , several times and was smiling through out the procedure, after she took the photo asked me if I like it or I want to take another one, I said it was fine, in the end she gave me a yellow card and asked me to fill it and let them know how the biometrics experience was, I marked excellent, it was the houston office, you should let the head of the center know that she was rude and didnt do the job well, after all the money we pay for biometrics we are not supposed to be getting this crap, good luck buddy

Music fan, you are the first person I've seen complain about FP. My center pple were super nice. Didn't they give you a questionnaire to fill on how your visit went? I got one and I gave the an A+ rating. It was an old guy + a young lady.

This is my first bad experience too

Actually i have done FR twice in the same place, but the past two exprience were fine ( one is for I485, one is for my UK visa), i enjoy it, but this one, i just met the wrong person. Actually it was supposed to be done by the asian gentleman ( who is really nice to the person in front of me), but unfortunately i was pulled away by her.

No, no survey are service at all, she just said- you can go now. it's a rude lady. I wish there was a survey, then i can comment on her attitude.

Hope no problem, even though at last i saw several fingers are with red mark. If next time i have to do, i will talk with their supervisor to avoid being done by her.

it's El Monte office, but all other people are nice except her

This is my 3rd time to do the biometrics there, the last two times are good! It depends on who, and her mood.

No survey after the service.
