I filed I140 and 485 in NIW catergory in July 2007. I got RFE on Monday. My case is
1. PHD in Electrical Engineering
2. Working as post doc in high ranked University
3. Four conference papers
4. 20 Journal papers
5. Citations only 35
6. Four recommendation letter.
The RFE letter asked only citations. But I dont have any new citations. I only one more review for another journal, one more conference paper after that. Any suggestions?

The RFE letter are as follows:
The evidence submitted in support of the petition dose not demonstrate a level of work that will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available US worker having the same mminimum qualifications. IN other words, the evidence in the record dose not show that the self-petitioner has distinguished himself above other researchers in the same field. The petitioner must establish that he will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available US research having the same minimum qualifications. The petitioner must demonstrate that his work has impacted or influenced the field of endeavor as a whole. This is in keeping with Matter of New York State Department of Tranportation, 22 I&N Dec.215(Comm.1998)
For the aforementioned reasons, in order establish eligibility, please submit the following:
1. Copies of published articles by other researchers citing or otherwise recognizing the petitioner's research and/or contributions. Highlight the portion of the paer that references the petitioner's work, in the bibliography or the "works cited" section. It is not necessary to submit articles that are self-referencing; i.e. writtern by the petitioner or his colleagues / collaborators.
2. In the laternative, submit printouts of search results from usch websites as SciFinder and Google Scholar, etc. Please note that any such print out must contain the title, authors, and publication information for both the cited and citing article. Furthermore, self-generated list of pubilcations that cite the petitioner's work will not be considered.
Any documents that are not in English must be accompanied by certified English translation. The evidence wubmitted with the petition has already been considered; therefore, please DO NOT re-submit the same evidence. Further adjudication of this petition is being withheld until a response to the USCIS requst is received.
