You still need a physical exam, so i don't think you get out of I-693.

It's not up to you whether you get the vaccinations or not - if you don't have proof that you had them before, you will have to have them now.

You can opt out of them if it is against your religion. Nevertheless, you have to provide sufficient proof (and filing form 601 is not free either)

Still worth it since my religion will not permit vaccines.
Yes one must prove very well that it is indeed, against one's religion.
Notarized letters from friends, a pledge/statement of truth about why I believe vaccines corrupt the structure of my immunity, leaving little avenue to my body's natural medicine to kick in, etc. etc
all in all, it works, and it costs.
and for $545, those guys, make it work.
