Please report all pre July 01 2001 pending cases here. Let us see how many are pendinging and how many will be approved soon.

We just want to see if these folks are taking us for ride to enjoy time before the holidays...:mad:

I think they are focussing on citizenship cases only.

Oct 1998 applied for GC
I-485 receipt date Dec 22, 2005

Hope to get my GC next month!
 
Boss you are kidding....you have a PD of 1998? Is this your original labor or substitute labor? How come you had waited for this long? File WOM lawsuit or something...

Yes, it is my labor application not substitute labor. After my I-485 and I-140 got approved, my moved to London and did consular processing.

Just 2 weeks before they called for GC interview, I quit the GC sponsor and joined another company.

Then came back to US 3 years after and then rejoined the same GC sponsoring employer about 3 years ago and applied for 485.

Long story! I really hope my GC gets approved next month.

Yes, my name check is cleared.

It just recently got cleared, I think around June or July 2008.

How did you find out your NC cleared? I tried to call USCIS and they refused to reveal that information, asking me to take InfoPass.

Did you call USCIS about your NC clearance or took InfoPass?

I called up twice to Texas Service Center and the different persons told me that we have received everything and we are waiting for October.
Then I received a Service Request on 26th July that also said that I should get decision within 60 days.

So I am keeping high hope for October and the same time I don't know when will be my day to receive magic emails.
 
It all depends, whom you talk to a particular day, if they are in a good mood they tell you more information.
National Service Center can not tell more than what is written on website.

THis is what I too heard - sit back and wait for Oct. Except my FP is expiring in Oct but as of today they said it is valid and wait for Oct.
 
Anybody who got approved in October

Hello All,

Please post if any of you have been approved so far in the month of October 2008. They are moving the dates by two months, that means they would have cleared yours? Otherwise when will they move out of 2001?

I will be current next month....which has no meaning I guess.

I do not see any single EB3 approval. My date is current now in Oct but still does not seems to be happening any thing. But when I called twice IO sent email to process fast as every thing is cleared in my case. Some times they say I will get second FP notice as FP just expired and without that they will not process. So no idea..

There seems to be one EB-3 approval on trackittdotcom website and one denial. Just two cases either ppl are not reporting..or there are no approvals.

I hope ppl did not think the gc approval letter to be a pre-approval credit card letter and forgot to open the letter.
