Can you tell me what exactly the letter say? If summon asks you to fill out the juror form, then you must fill it out and mail it as it is law. (you must fill out the form and mail it to avoid fines or jail time. you will have to call to check if you are selected based on the jury summon instructions during the period of time). It is just standard rules for everyone to fill out the form when they receive the summon letter. The court may (not will) notify you to come to the court and let district attorney and defense lawyer interview you and see if you are qualified for jury service. You don't have to worry about anything as I doubt they will pick you to serve as a juror because you don't understand English or speak English very well to communicate with other jurors in the juror room.

yeah i received a Summons for Juror Service, i am hereby summoned to serve as a Trial Juror, so i guess i have to fill out the form and said i am qualify to serve as juror and send it back to them now. when i am there to serve as a juror i just tell them my english wasn't good to see how is going. thanks for helping ya guy.

I don't know for sure, but I'd imagine you'd be dismissed pretty quickly during the jury selection process. Why would any trial lawyer worth his salary want to pick a juror that couldn't understand a thing that was going on?
