few months ago i was coming back from a trip to japan, the officer at SFO
GAVE ME HARD time and referred me to a second inspection because
i did not have passport, i carried only green card and re entry travel document,

today i came back from my vacation to japan, the officer this time at SFO


WAS really nice, i showed him the same documents , he asked me why i dont carry NP, I TOLD HIM because iam former asylee, iam not required to use NP
WHEN I TRAVEL ABROAD, he did not say anything and let me walk a way

how long were you gone and why, how much cash to do carry, where did you get that cash, what you do in usa, where is your family, be prepared to answer any question.
countries you visited........

I even missed my connecting flight twice because of secondary inspection back in 2002.
