Which address should I use?

I just moved from CA to NY and I should file my I-751 this October. My husband spend last whole year overseas for business and I got a new job in NY for one year and already know next two years I will relocate to Chicago. We haven't seen each other for one year. We rent out the house in CA and I am physically living in NY. The question is which address should I use this time, CA house, his brother's CA house, or my NY apartment? The reason I don't like NY is that clearly show we are seperated to the INS, which might trigger an interview. However if I use our CA house, and I have to list all address I've resided after I got my temporary GC. I didn't file AR-11 just because doesn't want to show officers that we live sepertely. Maybe I worry too much. My husband doesn't like the idea coming back for a short interview. I am just try to avoid the possbile troubles and delay. Any suggestion for the nervous and sensitive heart will be appreciated!

You can't "just no file AR-11 because I didn't feel like it"... living separately is not going to help and failing to comply with immigration laws is making it worse. How is that for the sensitive heart? :p

Thank you for your reminding. Well, we didn't pay attention to that beore until recently I srart to organize files. All we thought is as long as we are in marriage and love each other, distance is not a problem. Now it seems like a problem for me. We have everthing under both names, except the house he bought before he met me. Besides asking him coming back and change address with me, is there anything else I can do?

If I were an IO, I would doubt that you are in a bona-fide marriage from the details in your post as it seems you are already separated.

You say you have not seen your husband in a year and he has problems coming home for an interview for your benefit?

I would seek some advice on this one from a competent attorney also because you have not reported a change of address as required on Form AR-11.
