Withdrawing Asylum Application -- HELP!!!!

Hi,

I have filed for asylum and the interview hasn't happened yet, but I received a job offer that can give me a G4, so my question is do I have to withdraw my asylum before I can apply for G4? Or these are handled on separate tracks?

A friend said you can only have one status at any given time. Thank u for your responses.

I also dont know for sure, but I think that only you can not have 2 GC but more than 1 application to change your status maybe you can have it.Say you can go the way which will came faster.

You are right, you can have few I-485 application filed, but as soon as the first is approved and you are adjusted for the PR, the rest will not be processed.
