Even if they move the dates in eb-3 in october...what is the garuntee that they will work on old cases?
There are many eb-3 old cases, because of name check they are still pending now that the dates are unavailable there is no question they will be on hold...
It is painful to know that Eb-2 cases while many of their name checks are pending they are getting gcs, while eb-3 even if you are current they are not clearing your case because name check is pending.
bottom line I feel that if your name check is pending and you are in eb-3 do not expect anything even if the dates are current.....I hope I am wrong but this is what I saw earlier.....
