This is an approval notice, usually for employment authorization documents or advanced paroles, but it could also mean your green card is approved. What receipt number is this message for (i.e. what kind of application)?
wait for the letter or call 800 number to talk to an immigration officer to know about the letter. If you are lucky you may get a better IO to tell you about the letter. hope it works.
