Pending I485 due to name check

I applied for I485 back in December 2006 and was interviewed in April of 2007.
My case is sstill pending because of name check policy and i called my lawyer and told him about the new memo and he said that is only for people with pending cases two years or more at current and they have a schedule of when they will be clearig all the names.

My understanding after reading that memo is that if my case was approved by INS and they were waiting on FBI to clear my name and its longer than 180 days then i should be getting my green card anytime soon.
I appleid for my I-485 through narriage and initially i applied for conditional but now my marriage has already passed more than two years and condition should not apply anymore.

If anyone have any idea what can i do or get it processed fast and remind them about my remoal of condition please advice.

Please call your Congressman's office and speak to the person who is the immigration contact person. They should be able to help you.
 
ok i contacted congressman office and they said will start working on my case ASAP. What are the chances that my case will be resolved by this way. I applied I-485 through marriage and probably they will ask for more proof now that am i still married and waste more time.
