Please let me know if the following filing fees are correct:

I485= $930

Biometric fee= $80

I130= $355

I765= $0

I131= $0

Total = $ 1365 ???

I checked the USCIS website and it states that I-765 is $340 and the I-131 is $305 but then there is a notice regarding the changes made effective after july 2007 where it says that there will be no fee for I-765 and I-131 if filed concurrently with I-485.

I'm very confused.

Please shed some light , thank you.

yes, you are right. total is $ 1365, After july 2007, you don't need to pay for i 765 & I 131 if they are filed togather or after filing I 485.

Dear sahil1300, do you have a reference for the non fee for 765 and i131 if filed with or after i-485? Thanks

I paid $1365 when I filed the same forms, if it makes you feel better. And my checks were cashed.

I have a checklist for completing I-130/485 application from the USCIS office and it says:

- I-130 completed and signed = $355
- I-485 completed and signed (I-485 fee and biometrics fee total) = $1010*
*The new application fee for an I-485 is a package fee that includes associated EAD (Form I-765) and advance parole applications (Form I-131). Thus if you file an I-485 with the fee listed above, while you still need to submit applications for an EAD and advance parole, you will not need to pay a separate fee so long as your adjustment application(I-485) is pending.

Word for Word from the USCIS themselves. If it helps.

READ Instruction Manual for both forms, in Filing fee section. It clearly states that if you have filed along or after I 485 , then no need to pay.
