Hi Guys,

I am ready to send the application.

1. How many photgraphs should be sent for each applicant?
2 on each copy of part A + 1 additional?

2. Do I need to send $20 and self addressesd envelope if I am planning to go there myself?

3. Do I need to send the US Birth certificate for the child?

Early response is appreciated. Getting ready to mail the application.
