ok a couple questions.....
I'm a US citizen and I married a non citizen back in 2006. He came over with his family in 1988 as a visitor on a visa and it of course has since expired. We met in 2005 and married in 2006. We are finally able to start the filing process and pay for it in full and we're excited to finally be able to get it done so he can work (he hasn't been able to work since he moved down here in 2005). Anywho.... I have the package of forms here and we went to the immigration office to ask some questions and they answered a bunch of stuff for us and gave us a check list for what we will need to file and what documents need to also go with the package. Well my question is, do we need to fill out the G-325 form or the G-325A? I wanna make sure that I have everything right before sending it all in.
Also my other question is on form I-130 question 22 which office would I put? I ask because I'm sending the form I-485, App to register permanent residence or adjust status, in with the package. So I'm kind of confused on what they are asking in that question.
