EAD form revision

My lawyer used the 4/08/08 version EAD form, while the latest one is 5/27/08.
I read on Murthy that the april form is valid till July 8. Should not using the latest and greatest version of EAD form create a headache for me down the line ? Please let me know. Thanks!

Assuming your lawyer filed or will file before July 8, you will be fine. Only filings after July 8 must have the new version of the form.
