Cases touched early in the morning?

I was just having my morning coffee and checking the USCIS site and I noticed our case was last updated on May 9 (today) - and the current time is 6:57 am. Are they working that early in the morning or is your case automatically updated as soon you log in?

It only went online as of yesterday, so has it been touched between yesterday and today?

Any comments?

Update might mean that a NOA letter with PD was generated for you and could have been generated automatically at pre-set time (record entry through automated jobs).

I would have not been surprised if someone indeed work that early though, I know in Federal Jobs many people work early and leave early for home too. However, I noticed that today is Friday and lot of Federal Employees take that day off (Compressed Work Week), at least in DC area. Could be true for Vermont as well.

In a nutshell, Fed Employees do work quite early. However, your record may even have been touched by an automated trasaction.

Good luck

Okay, the automatically-generated letter answer makes sense. We'll wait and see if I get the NOA in the next few days then.
