Hello Guru's,

Here is my situation, 485 has been applied during the 07 visa fiasco, got Finger print, AP and EAD. But the 485 was applied based on a labor and 140 that was approved when I was working in a different state. Currently am working for the same company, same job but the location is in a different state.

In this case, is it advisable to use AC21, and can it save me?
Also are there any alternatives?

Appreciate your comments.

Thanks,

AC21 doesn't restrict you from going back to your previous employer.
If you're moving due to the job requirements, it's not AC21, as you're not changing employers, but I think you will be safe.
You may or may not have to update USCIS. Others might be able to suggest the right action.

Thanks,

This Happens lot with consulting companies. Baltimore local office created some problem in past. But they were resolved later.

What does your labor says? Is it says some thing similar to various other locations in US in location column?

Thanks Tammy, As far as I am aware it does the labor does not mention any other location. Just one Boston. Of course the legal has not let me see the actual application, but... that is as per my knowledge with various conversations with them over the past years.

Thank you,
