Hi there,

I am going to renew ead for myself and spouse. I understand i need to fill 2 seperate application.

Do i have to send the applications in the mail seperatly ?

or

Can i keep both the applicaion in a single mail.

You can definitely send them in the same package, but

1- Clearly separate each application in its own paper clip or rubber band, and

2- (optional but recommended) Write on the outside envelope that the contents are two (2) I-765 applications.

what is the supporting document i need to attach as a proof of dependent to the primary applicant?

1- I never write a cover letter for I-765, but if you feel that you must for whatever reason, just include one and lay it above the two applications.

2- The category C-9 EAD is for anybody with a pending I-485. They don't ask for, nor do they care, if the I-485 was filed for a primary or dependent applicant. They only care that a pending I-485 in your name exists. Therefore, there is absolutely no need to attach a proof of any relationship to the primary I-485 applicant. It would be useless.
 
Can EAD be filed before 90 days.

My EAD is expiring on August 3. So should I file now or wait till May 3rd.

Are you sure? I remember there was a recent case of someone who filed earlier and it got denied as it was filed too early. I don't remember if it was AP or EAD.
 
Before, people were filing 180 days before, but a new rule specified that it can be no longer than 120 days before.
