I have been a silent reader. I got the approval notice in the mail today.The letter is dated March 31.

Eb3 2001 (IND)
485 : Aug 2004
2 FP,
1st FP :April 05
2nd: July 07
Medical RFE July 07
Used AC21 in Sept 07
485 Apprioval March 31st 08

Spouse 485 still pending. Not received her 2nd FP notice yet. Opened a SR in March.
