Hi Gurus,

I am confused about the processing time given for TSC for I-485 (Employment based adjustment application).The date is given April 10,2007.

Could somebody tell me what this date means?

And Which date I need to check? Is it the date, when we filed the PERM
OR
Receipt Date of the 485 when we applied for the 485 approval?

Please help..

That's the receipt date of the applicants they are processing right now.

Thanks, OK-Boy.... I read in some other thread that there are no more Name check going forward...is that true? Please confirm.

Our 485 Received Date is July 10th,2007..
