Looks like they started ot approve older cases as they promised after the NC memo. Yesterday two people with very old RDs got the 'Card ordered notice'. One has 2002 RD, another one in 2005.
It is good to see the NC miracle memo working.
Good luck to all of us!!!

waiting_aos , Do you know their PD.
As per memo USCIS will work on RD so just wondering on 2002 and 2005 RD dates.

as far as my understanding is going, they are going to approve based on RD, PD has to be current though.

+1, but with a small correction. It should be ND (notice day) but not RD. In many cases this difference is small (one day or so), but for summer 2007 filers this difference may be as much as 2 months. RD this is mailroom time and ND is time when data were entered in the USCIS system. So USCIS works based on the ND.

agree. In my case the difference was indeed couple of days, i haven't thought about it that way.

It means still far away from approvel for India and China applicants
What is this mean 'outside normal processing times' (a part of A7 from USCIS QA)
Thanks.
