LUD on APPROVED AP that was approved in 2006 with following msg change on 01/27/08:

Sorry to say, more than the message, you are messed up. Quit digging through the approved petitions & getting paranoidal about them.

I didn't mean to hurt you but you have to - at some point - stop being obsessive compulsive when it comes to USCIS.

Oh yeah.... On my Approved AP I believe its on 2005... I have Case Received and Pending... I stopped bothering Because I had LUD on almost all the AP/EAD I applied previously including I-140....

So what? It has already expired anyway. Fugghedaboutit.

P.S. Just got a LUD 1/27/08 on my AP which was approved early last year. No message change.

just remove the approved cases from ur portfolio list guys...just chill !!!

Guys LUDs are common even after GC approval.

Folks,

Please expect to see some more LUDs over your previous APs, EADs.... so on. If your GC is approved the LUDs are for closing the old APs, EADs and if your GC is not approved then it is a batch process to 'kill' earlier expired applications.
