I found a letter from USCIS.A welcome letter of approval to be a PR in the US.Not only that,I also received the card at the same time.F'in finally.Here's my timeline.

Submit I485 06/07
RD 07/07
BIO code 3 11/07
New card 1/19/08.

Time to apply for RP and wait for citizenship!

I don't know what u referring abt the labor part.I'm under my mom's asylee status.4 of us applied the same time and get it at the same time.
