Recognized universities for TN Visa

I am currently working on TN visa and my wife is attending an online associate degree program on Health management from University of Ashworth with an intention of working on her on TN later. This university is claimed to be to Nationally recognized but not regionally. Just wondering if the Nafta rule has any limitation in recognizing degrees from such university as valid. Thanks in advance.

This kind of online universities is normally very expensive and geared towards those who are already employed and expect their employers to pay the tuition.
