Very simple. All you do is ask your wife.....Honey if you don't mind me asking, how many times have you been married ? If you were her only husband, ofcourse the answer is "1". Easy as abc.

Ok if this is your first marriage you enter 1

how many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages) ?

If your spouse has been married before you enter that in there 1,2, ... or you just leave it blank

Ha, I got stumped on that one too. They just kinda word it awkwardly.
So my husband was married once before so I put 2. One for the Ex and one for me

You should consider asking them couple more times to make sure you get the right answer.
