Father filed I 130 for married son

Hi,

My father ( US Citizen) filed I 130 for my older brother in April 2004 and we rcvd approval in Aug of 2005. Can anyone tell us if NVC is going to send my father visa fee bill or my brother will pay in india.

You should consult a fortune-teller. Or speak with an USCIS officer in person in front of his computer.

Do you know if NVC is going to send my father a visa fee bill or my brother will pay that in india.

It all depends on whom he will select as his Agent...but by the way, why worry, he has about 5-6 years to go(could be longer as 2451's acklog occurred in April 2001). Check visa bulletin for priority processing dates for FB3....
 
But we did not get anything from NVC or USCIS to select the agent. He only recieved a letter from USCIS informing him petition has been filed behalf of him. Are we going to get anything in the mail about selecting the agent. I belive he will not be using any agent, and will do everything by himself. PD for FB3 is June 2000 at this point.

The NVC will contact him and his father when his priority date is about to become current. So stop stressing over it, he has a long way to go.
